Wedding Rentals: Event essentials to make it unforgettable
The summer is a particularly busy season for the party rentals industry. From graduation parties to weddings, everyone wants to make the most out of the beautiful outdoors and perfect weather conditions. Despite being equally special, weddings tend to be a more complex type of event, as they require more preparation and involve several vendors that need to be in perfect coordination. Tent or no tent? That is the question.
Like we’ve been discussing, the summertime comes with nice weather and sunny days. However, a downside to this could be extreme temperatures, which are more often experienced during heat waves. This can be prevented by procuring tent rentals and temperature control add-ons like tent fans and heaters ahead of time.
To calculate the right tent size, you need to consider 10 sq. ft. per guest, and multiply it by the total number of people on your list. Then, you compare that amount to the total size of the tent, which you can calculate by multiplying the short side by the long side.
For example, if you have a 40 people guest list, you will multiply 40 by 10 sq. ft., which gives you a total of 400 sq. ft. This means you could choose a 20′ x 20′ tent, for a total of 400 sq. ft., perfect for 40 guests.
Linen rentals - A rainbow of possibilities

Neutral tones are classic and typically used at weddings. However, this rule is not set in stone, and you’re free to use whichever color you like the most. Event Furniture and Add-Ons: Many colors, shapes, and sizes to choose from
Space optimization and budget structure are key when planning an event the size of a wedding. Finding the right combination of both can be complex at times, so you need to know what you want, what you need, and what you could go without. Some rental items you might include in your list are:
Chairs: Ranging from $2.20 – $7.70, we have both cost effective options and top range options for your wedding reception. For longer guest lists, our plastic folding chairs rentals can be an ideal option.
Tables: Choose round, square or rectangular tables for your event. Round 6′ tables can seat up to 12 people, but 8′ rectangular tables can be more effective if you’re running somewhat tight on space.
Party Tent: 20 people? 100 people? We have the right tent to fit any number of guests. Some important things to keep in mind while choosing a tent are the following:
- Pole tents can’t go on concrete.
- If a tent can’t be staked down, it is possible to use water barrels. This option does require the set up spot to be close to a water source.
Dance Floor: Available in 4’x4′ panels, you can build a custom size dance floor. If you’re installing it underneath a tent, you will need a frame tent instead of a pole tent, as frame tents don’t have middle poles that would need to go through the dance floor.
Cutlery, China, and Glassware: You can choose basic table settings with the usual fork and knife, and more elaborate, multiple-course meals that require different sizes of cutlery rentals, as well as glassware rentals for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Additionally, you can find round and square plate rentals, clear and ivory with either gold or silver rims. Their sizes range from 6″ to 11″.
