We’re committed to making your event seamless and stress-free. These terms are designed to protect both you and our team so everything runs perfectly on your special day.

By placing an order with AAA Party Rentals, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all rentals, services, and transactions.

  • A deposit or full payment is required to secure your rental.
  • Orders are not guaranteed until payment is received.
  • Final payment must be made prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that are unpaid or incomplete.

The customer agrees to assume the risks of, and hold the lessor harmless for, property damage and personal injuries caused by the equipment and/or arising out of the lessor’s negligence. Customer shall indemnify and hold the lessor harmless from any claims of third parties for loss, injury and damage to their persons and property arising out of the customer’s possession, use, maintenance or return of equipment, including legal costs incurred in the fence of such claims.

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before the event may receive a full or partial refund (excluding non-refundable deposits).
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event may be subject to fees up to 100% of the order total.
  • No refunds will be issued after delivery has been completed.

We recommend rescheduling instead of canceling whenever possible.

Setup & Installation

  • Certain items include setup/installation; others are drop-off only.
  • Customer is responsible for confirming what is included in their package.
  • Once items are delivered and accepted, setup conditions are considered approved.

Replacement of Malfunctioning Equipment

If equipment becomes unsafe or in disrepair, customer agrees to discontinue use and notify the lessor who will replace the equipment with similar equipment in good working order, if available. The lessor is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages cost by delays or otherwise.

Use of Equipment

Customer agrees to:

  • Use all rental items properly and safely
  • Not modify or misuse equipment
  • Keep items in the same condition as delivered

Prohibited uses include:Β Use of equipment in the following circumstances is prohibited, and constitutes a bridge of contract:Β 

  • Use for illegal purpose or in an illegal manner.Β Β 
  • Improper, unintended use or misuse.Β 
  • When the equipment is in bad repair or is unsafe.Β 
  • By anyone other than the customer or his employees, without the lessor’s written permission.Β 
  • At any location other than the address furnished the lessor without the lessor’s written permission.

Assignments, Sublease or Loans of Equipment

The lessor may assign its rights under this contract without the Lessee’s consent, bad will remain bound by all obligations herein. Thhe customer may not sublease or loan the equipment without the lessor’s written permission. Any purported assignment by the costumer is void.

Dirty, Damaged or Lost Equipment

The Customer agrees to pay for any damage to, loss of or theft of equipment, as an insurer, regardless of cause while equipment is out of possession of the Lessor. Customer agrees to pay a reasonable cleaning charge as determined by the Lessor for equipment returned dirty.Β  Accrued rental charges cannot be applied against the purchase or cost of repair of damaged, lost or stolen equipment. Acceptance of Equipment

By accepting delivery, Customer acknowledges that:

  • All items are in good condition
  • Order is accurate and complete

Loading & Unloading Equipment

If the Lessor’s employees assist in loading or unloading the equipment, the Customer agrees to assume the risk of, and hold the Lessor harmless for, any property damage or personal injuries, including damage or injuries attributed to the negligence of the Lessor and its employees.

  • Customer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period.
  • Damaged or missing items will be charged at replacement cost.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition:
    • Normal cleaning is included
    • Excessive dirt, stains, or damage will incur cleaning fees
  • Customer assumes full responsibility for all rented items during the rental period.
  • AAA Party Rentals is not liable for:
    • Injuries
    • Property damage
    • Accidents arising from improper use

Customer agrees toΒ indemnify and hold harmlessΒ AAA Party Rentals from any claims resulting from use of rented equipment.

  • Tents and outdoor equipment must not be used in severe weather conditions (high winds, storms, etc.).
  • AAA Party Rentals is not responsible for weather-related issues.
  • No refunds due to weather unless cancellation policy applies.

  • Customer is responsible for obtaining any required:
    • Permits
    • Permissions
    • HOA approvals
  • Customer must ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.

  • Rental period begins at delivery and ends at pickup.
  • Late returns or extended use may result in additional charges.

AAA Party Rentals reserves the right to refuse or cancel service at any time due to:

  • Safety concerns
  • Harassment or inappropriate behavior
  • Unsafe setup conditions

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the service is provided.

Customer shall return all of the equipment to Lessor’s permises during Lessor’s regular business hours, in the condition and repair as when delivered to Lessee, subject only to reasonable wear and tear. Customer shall be liable for all damages to or loss of the equipment occurring because it was not returned within Lessor’s regular business hours. If Lessor has agreed to deliver the equipment to Customer or to pick up the equipment from Customer, Customer shall be responsibble for all losses or damage to the equipment from time of delivery to Customer and until picked up by Lessor.

Late Return

Customer agrees that if the equipment is held beyond the expiration of the rental period, the daily rate as designated on the contract shall be agreed contractural rate for the entire period not withstanding any lesser periodic rate.

Theft of Equipment

The Customer agrees to pay for equipment (at its current list price plus 20%) for all types of theft or mysterious disappearance.

The Lessor, at its own discretion, may revert all charges to a daily rate if monthly statements of invoices are not paid on due date.

Accounts are due at inception of contract. Any additional amounts due under the terms of said contract, are due and payable. at the termination of the rental period. A service charge may be assessed on all overdue accounts.

Reservations for the rental of equipment will be accepted upon payment of a reservation fee. The reservation fee is the total of all payments made towards the rental. These payments are made prior to the start of the contract rental period. The reservation fee is applied towards the total cost of rental.. Cancellation of all of rental equipment under a reservation or any portion thereof, must be made at least 7 days prior to the start of the contract rental period.

If accepted by the Customer, the Lessor agrees, in consideration of an additional charge, 10% of the gross rental charges, to modify your responsibilities created in paragraph 10 (“Damaged, Lost, Stolen or Dirty Equipment”) regarding equipment damaged while in your possession or control. Notwithstanding, by accepting Damage Waiver provided, the Customer agrees to take reasonable precautions to protect the equipment. The Customer will not be responsible for minor damage such as missing chair and table feet, scratches, etc.

The Damage Waiver does not cover lost or stolen equipment and equipment accessories, cleaning charges, mysterious on unexplained disappearance of equipment and gross negligence. Damage Waiver is null and void if damage is caused by a third party not associated with you. THE CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS THAT THE DAMAGE WAIVER IS NOT INSURANCE. THE CUSTOMER IS OBLIGATED TO SUBMIT TO US A POLICE REPORT FOR ALL LOSSES ASSOCIATED WITH LOST, STOLEN OR MYSTERIOUS DISAPPEARANCE OF EQUIPMENT. THE CUSTOMER WILL IMMEDIATELY INFORM THE LESSOR OF ALL LOSSES AND PROVIDE THE LESSOR THE NAME, ADDRESS AND POLICY NUMBER OF THE CUSTOMER’S INSURANCE COMPANY. The Customer will exercise all rights available to the Customer under his insurance coverage and assign all

claims and proceeds trom his insurance coverage to the Lessor.

  1. The Customer agrees to pay a rental fee as stated on this contract for the time the rental equipment is in the possession of the Customer or his designated agent.

Rental equipment in the possession of the Customer or his agent is deemed to be in use by

the Customer or his agent.

  1. The Lessor may impose a security deposit which is to be returned to the Customer upon termination of the rental period provided, at the determination of the lessor the Customer has met all the terms and conditions of the rental contract

Delivery and pick-up are made to the closest point the delivery vehicle can legally park, usually curbside. Unless stated on the front of this contract, additional charges ($100.00 minimum) apply to deliveries to any point beyond curbside, and are not limited to upstairs, backyard, elevator use, or any point where extra time is involved.

Upon pick-up, rental items/materials must be broken down, stacked and ready for pickup at drop off location or additional charges ($100.00) will apply.

payment of a reservation fee. The reservation fee is the total of all pavments made towards the rental. These payments are made prior to the start of the contract rental period. The reservation fee is applied towards the total cost of rental. Cancellation of all of rental equipment under a reservation or any portion thereof, must be made at least 7 days prior to the start date of the contract rental period.

  1. Merchandise returns and exchanges will be made with a receipt only, provided such return or exchange is made within 30 days of purchase. No returns allowed for clearance, seasonal or other designated merchandise.
